In order to start using Explorium’s platform, you will need to upload your data, and this is done via the connection window which provides you with external storage systems like, Salesforce, AWS S3, Snowflake or Microsoft Azure Blob and so on. You also have the option of uploading local files.
There are three cases for connecting to data sources:
- Create a new project
- Edit an existing project connection
- Export data from the Export tab>Schedule run button
In each case, you have two options:
- Create a new connection (default option if you haven't created any connections)
- Choose a connection from existing connections, these are connections that you created in the past (default option if there are existing connections)
The following connections can be created:
- Uploading Local Files
- Connecting to AWS
- Connecting to Snowflake
- Connecting to Google BigQuery
- Connecting to Microsoft Azure Blob
- Connecting to SFTP
- Connecting to MySQl
- Connecting to Postgres
- Connecting to Teredata
- Connecting to Salesforce
